We provide technical and maintenance services in Dubai, including but not limited to AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. The scope of services will be agreed upon in writing before commencement of work.

2. Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • A confirmed quotation will be treated as a contract between the Company and the Client.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Emergency services may be subject to additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding the service requirements.

  • Safe and clear access to the worksite must be provided.

  • Any required approvals or permits are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

4. Liability

  • While we take utmost care in delivering services, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues that were not disclosed prior to work.

  • Warranty, if provided, will be specified in writing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellation without notice may incur a service fee.

6. Website Use

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Mohsin Hassan Technical Services Co. and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

7. Privacy
