A proper single-unit deep clean takes 45–75 minutes. For a full villa service (6–8 units), we typically take a half-day — arriving in the morning and finishing before 2pm. For villas with 10+ units we book a full day. We tell you the timing upfront so you can plan around it.
Almost certainly yes. A dirty condenser coil, low refrigerant, or failing compressor capacitor all make the system work 30–50% harder than normal — cooling adequately but consuming far more electricity. A proper service and any needed repairs typically pay for themselves within 2–3 months of reduced DEWA bills.
Yes — treat it as urgent. The condensate drain is blocked, and if left, water overflows into the ceiling and wall, causing serious damage and mould. In The Villa's larger villas where the indoor unit is in a ceiling void, this can damage plasterwork and flooring below before you notice it. Call us and we will clear it same-day.
If your villa is within the Nakheel defect liability period (DLP), AC issues should be logged with Nakheel first — do not let the DLP expire without reporting known faults. Once the DLP has ended, we handle everything. We can advise you on what to document before the DLP expires so you are not left with costs that should be covered.
